The Universal Law : Entropy

It is quite bemusing that all spontaneous processes occurring in the entire system of our world is progressing towards decay and chaos. Everything that happens naturally without any intervention creates disorder and randomness. Science calls it entropy and leads to understand the direction of flow of energy. 

But why does this happen? Why nature is more inclined towards destruction and chaos and not towards stability? 

Because nature loves balance and scientifically speaking equilibrium. 

Science has proved that the entire universe is expanding (big bang theory). So if it is expanding, then at some axiomatic t=0 there would have been nothing or zero or an atom from where everything was created. It's unbelievable that all these stars and galaxies were born from some unimaginable dense atom. And one day it decided that an equilibrium is needed and it blasted itself out. From that day onwards entropy is continuously increasing.

But then again nature told us, I will be doing things as per my own plan of achieving equilibrium, but if you want to do as per your wish and desire and requirement, you have to provide me an entropy tax. 

Engineers call it, work supplied to reverse the natural flow of energy. For ex. Air conditioner needs compressor power and hence electricity to throw the less hot air from our room towards ambient condition of high hot air. It's quite amazing given the fact that naturally our room would have gained heat until an equilibrium would have reached. Water would have never lifted to the terrace as water naturally flows from high potential to low potential. And so we needs pump. 

Entropy tax is the work equivalent that nature demands from us. And we scientists, inventors and scholars are paying it with great zeal and passion, never realizing that slab of tax is continuously increasing and we are on the verge of almost losing our resources via which we pay taxes. Coal, oil, gas, were our machine through which we made coins to pay the huge tax to nature, and now that machine is on the verge of breakdown. And nature has started to charge us for being defaulters. Flood, rain, heatwave, tsunami etc. is the nature's way. 

We are in the midst of growing megacities for mega civilization, never realized the entropy tax were getting fatter and now it is out of proportion. we have made our system so complex and so unnatural that in order to keep it running we are running out of inputs. Only some "they" know till how long our accounts of tax will be green and the day it turns red, nature will have the final say. 

After all nature wants equilibrium through chaos. Through ENTROPY.
